Food Is Medicine

If people Stopped wasting there time on the internet looking for self pity and useless knowledge and actually started looking into bettering there health and (meat bag) body,that would definitely be a good  first step. The knowledge is right at you finger tips Embrace it. Food is medicine eat healthy feel good, work out  your mind, body and soul everyday. Try not to get stuck in your small empty box of useless knowledge open your lid let knew knowledge flow in, Don't be scared think outside the box, Don't be like everyone else. Your next free moment instead of looking at face book drama, look up some foods that carry good health benefits and start adding them to your diet, Start to eliminate all the garbage that you eat fast food is the worst. I will put money on it if you work out change your diet look into health benefits in food and start applying them to your life, i will guarantee.you, you will skip your next doctors apt, All the food you see in the stores look like science experiments if you cant tell, obviously  if it doesn't look like this planet has made the object that you are about to eat DO NOT EAT IT keep it moving.

Ill even give you ten top foods to put in your diet its up to you to do the rest of the research in what health benefits carry with them. I would do research on going organic and look up gmo's, IT will definitely make you think twice next time your about to eat that 711 meatball hot pocket  or pounding down that soda.
